This suite has a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room, as well as a unit in each bedroom, to help with our high temperature days.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 7 ft (2.13 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
