Quiet parties where guests keep their voices down and keep the music at a low volume are permitted.
The kitchen is right next door, so you can cook or order takeout to enjoy meals with a large group.
We provide cooking utensils and enough tableware for everyone.
Seasonings are not provided as standard (to prevent infectious diseases and food poisoning).
There is air conditioning for heating and cooling, as well as a high-output gas fan heater.

There are 4 bedrooms, so many guests choose to separate by gender or by family.
There are 3 Western-style rooms with a total of 10 single beds, and 1 Japanese-style room with 4 sets of single futons.
We provide standard-size single bedding for every guest to ensure you don’t feel cramped at bedtime.
We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per guest.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
