Why this property ? When looking for property to purchase, we immediately fell in love with the grounds and the comfortable feel of the property. Ava Haus represented the authentic heritage of what has been so lovingly preserved in the city of Fredericksburg. Also; the location is perfect!

A short drive from downtown, this cabin was a great location with a country vibe. We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the front porch for coffee in the morning. We highly recommend.
