We loved the house. It was a lovely, comfortable house with amazing views over the countryside. The bed was soo comfy. We were greeted by the young lady who looks after the house for the owner and nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel so welcome. We also had 2 calls from the owner checking in to see if all was ok. We have no hesitation in recommending the house and the local area. This was our first trip to Italy for us for a "special" birthday celebration and we will definitely be back!

The villa was constructed in the 18th century and fully renovated inside. It had 2 nice rooms with AC, living room and fully equipped kitchen. We loved having breakfast and dinner outside the villa while enjoying the view! Margherita was a great host and we appreciate her letting us to enjoy her place for few days! I highly recommend this place. It is also very well located at 12 mins by car to the Rifina train station, 40 mins to Florence and 50 mins to Chianti Classico region.
