The Capitola Cliff House has views that never stop impressing, and offers everything you need for your home away from home, complete with radiant floor heating, gas fireplace, smart TV with multi option streaming, high-speed Internet, integrated surround sound music system, decks on three levels with outdoor tables and chairs, gas barbeque, and newly remodeled kitchen with open dining and living areas. Recreation abounds from this stellar location where you can walk the beach, surf the waves, paddle until your heart is content, enjoy the Village festivals and events without the worries of parking a vehicle. Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen sized beds - 4 adults is perfect for this home, but will consider 6 persons maximum on a case-by-case basis. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.

If you are looking for an epic location in the Santa Cruz/Capitola area, look no further. This location is central to everything and everywhere you want to be. The photos are accurate, the listing is accurate, the home is spotless and clean. The only issue we had was the small garage. We rented a 4-Runner and it couldn’t fit in the garage, but it fit perfectly in the parking area next to the garage. The beach, the views, the fresh ocean water smell, the convenience - this is the perfect place to stay. If it’s available, book it!!!

The Capitola Cliff House is absolutely dreamy! The location is perfect—whether you want to relax on the deck and enjoy the incredible views or take a short walk downtown or to the beach. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the furniture felt new and comfortable. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting Capitola!

We had a fabulous stay at the Capitola Cliff House and are already missing it! The house is perfection. Steps from the beach and wharf with stunning sunset views, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and very functional. We loved listening to the ocean waves at night, and it's very close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It really was the perfect base for our Monterey Bay visit, with easy drives to Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, and more. The town of Capitola itself is darling and a hidden gem. I'm so glad we found it, and that we found this house! Communication with the management company was not always great. When I had a question or two prior to our stay, they were not very responsive to Vrbo messaging and email, so I had to finally call them. It didn't affect our stay, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat, but it was a bit frustrating and unexpected. Once we arrived, our stay was pretty much flawless! Highly recommend.
