For nature lovers, the house is close to routes such as the Barranco Blanco River path and the Juanar Refuge, ideal for hiking and exploration 🌿.



The interior of the house has 3 bedrooms: two with single beds and one with a double bed, all with windows to the outside and comfortable spaces to store luggage. The shared bathroom has a shower tray. The main entrance leads to an independent and equipped kitchen, connected to a spacious living-dining room that provides access to the porch with outdoor furniture, creating a perfect space to coexist and enjoy the natural environment.



With 100 m², the property is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, wifi, fireplace for cosy environments, washing machine, dryer, and a gas kitchen with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer 🍳☕.



The exterior includes garden, fenced plot, 20 m² terrace, barbecue and outdoor parking in the same building 🚗. In addition, all windows have mosquito nets for a pleasant and undisturbed rest.
