There is a Gaming Room designed for current and retro fun, a projector, and Smart TV in every room. The house is only 5 minutes from downtown Monroe or the UGA Stadium. Just 4-8 minutes from wedding events like Sparrow Grove, Cotton Warehouse, The Factory at Walton Mill, The Engine Room, Hidden Acres Wedding and Event Barn, Towers at Snowsmill just to name a few.

This house was just 2 minutes from the wedding venue. Which made it perfect for us. It was clean and the few times I reached out with questions Anna responded quickly. We had a great weekend and it was largely due to the house being spacious and minutes from the venue.

The place was EXCELLENT! The photos did not do it justice. It was perfect for my family and grandkids. The Owners were perfect and very accommodating, as well as, and attended to any concerns we might have had. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. The bedrooms we ideal. The host sent a welcome email with all the information we needed to utilize the area; shopping, eating etc. We had direct contact if needed which was very comforting.
