The large master bedroom has panoramic views with a newly renovated en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. It also has plenty of room for a travel cot and other baby paraphernalia if required.

Paihia townsfolk are famous for their friendly and welcoming character. The town is a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from the house and all its amenities and restaurants are there to explore.

It is the perfect holiday home this "Ahuru Mowai" - a comfortable relaxing haven. The ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Bay of Islands and beyond.

Parking for 2 cars only - other vehicles will need to park on Veronica Street roadside.

Please leave the house clean and tidy, a $100 cleaning fee is chargeable should the property be left in a particularly untidy state.
