Your entrance is the front door located to the left of the driveway and up 12 steps

Private apartment downstairs is occupied by host who lives on site.
Host’s entrance is located on the ground level, just to the right of the driveway.

The garden is viewable from the 2nd floor but is not a part of the rental property.

This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and noise travels easily between homes.
