A private parking space is included, just 5 minutes’ walk (350 m) from the apartment. Located in the city centre, you won’t need a car during your stay. The flat features two double bedrooms, one overlooking the inner courtyard and the other with a balcony facing the street, plus a large living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment features a modern full bathroom with a shower, bidet, washbasin, and WC, as well as an additional small toilet room with a WC and washbasin, but without a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, and the property is professionally cleaned after each stay. The kitchen has everything you need: utensils, pots, microwave, electric stoves and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.
A spacious dining table in the living area is perfect for meals or working from home. Air conditioning is available in bedrooms and living room. A cot is available on request.
