We used the garage for parking our car overnight and they had a door opener for us to use which was very nice. Very clean and had a full kitchen with enough dishes and silverware for the space. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent place, everything needed présent in a wonderful environnement. Frank and Betty are very nice and supportive if anything needed. Will go there again if we are back in north west arkansas. Philippe & Stephanie France

Listing info very accurate. Great location for trail access. Clean. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed sitting out in the deck. Love having access to the garage. The only negative is the smell of the well water. I would hesitate to stay again because of that.
