Escape to our stunning brand-new mansion nestled in Port Sanilac`s harbor. With 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 4 kitchens, it comfortably accommodates 24 guests. Luxuriate in two 12-ft swim spas while soaking in breathtaking views. Ideal for family reunions, corporate getaways, or weddings, indulge in the epitome of comfort and style. - Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
-Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for this stay and is released after checkout if there is no damage. After booking, you`ll receive a link to complete online check-in, where you can pay the deposit or choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $169 in place of the deposit, which covers accidental damage during your stay
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 4 Cars in the driveways. Additional cars must park in the public parking lot across the street
- Do NOT park on the road or in neighbors` driveways!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up, and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of it before your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up and put into trash bins at the end of the driveway at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Property was excellent-beautifully appointed and clean. Parking lot across the street was helpful for visitors. Note the fire pits are removed in June for the summer months. And also, the VRBO host keeps a clear roofed wedding tent installed on the lower deck in the summer as they have lots of events/weddings. The rear patio is the only place to hang out if you have a large group (30-40 people), so the tent was helpful when it rained. There is no space quite large enough inside the house for over 20. No dining tables in any of the 4 kitchens, but nice kitchen islands with 4-5 stools each. and attached den w/ sofa and 2 chairs for each kitchen area.

We had such a great time. We laughed, loved, eat sleep and had a excellent tome. 4 kitchens gave us enough space. The young generation had space to enjoy cousin time and the senior family members enjoy reminiscing about old times. We were not disappointed. The host were excellent and meet our needs. You will not disappoint by renting this VRBO. I would give it 10 stars.

Wonderful home for our large group of friends who love to get together for relaxing trips. Well stocked with all the necessities you may need....more than we expected. Enjoyed calling this home for the week.
