As you step through the entrance, you are greeted by exposed brick walls that tell tales of a bygone era, hinting at the rich history of the building. The hardwood floors echo with the footsteps of generations past, adding a touch of authenticity to the contemporary design. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Sunlight streams through large, industrial-style windows, illuminating the open-concept space with a warm and inviting glow. 1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout

A cute, perfectly located flat with tons of restaurants, shops, and the Riverwalk at your doorstep. Very charming historic building with everything you need. Easy keyless entry, comfortable beds and furniture. There is a nice kitchen that we didn't use because there are so many places around to eat and walk off those calories on the Riverwalk boardwalk. We look forward to coming back!

Location downtown was great. No issues with parking. Looked exactly as it does in the photos. Only drawback is it is on a main street downtown so lights and street noise permeate at all hours (no fault of the owner) I would suggest bringing a white noise machine and, if light bothers you while sleeping, an eyemask to block the light.

We had a great stay ! Clean, great beds , love the location . Note - could use a small step still to reach high cabinet and needs a couple wine glasses. Thanks

Great location. Easy parking and check in. External noises in building are very loud; could hear EVERYTHING neighbors were doing and construction outside began early mornings
