The property is beautifully located within a short walking/driving distance to main street shopping and dining. It features a well designed patio great for breakfast and outside entertaining as well as a large dining table with a generous amount of seating. The hot tub was amazing under the stars at night! We did run into some issues, one was the lock had broken which maintenance resolved quickly however one of the bathroom tubs and walls was covered in many short dark hairs which did not get cleaned even after notifying the team. It was a let down having to dodge and weave random strangers hair in what was supposed to be a clean bathroom. Rating would have been 5 stars otherwise! Also there is a limited amount of coffee cups and we kept having to reuse/rewash the cups each time, the other dish sets and drinking cups there are multiple of so no issues with those for the length of stay. We brought our own coffee pods, but they do provide pods for guests to use! We would rent with them again but would want to be guaranteed that the property was fully clean before hand.

Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated home for our stay. The house was in a great location. The hot tub could have been warmer and although we turned up the temperature, it never increased. Also, there could have been more than 2 kitchen towels. Very fixable. We would stay there again!

From the location to all all the amenities this is probably one of the best experiences we have had during our years of coming to stay in Fredericksburg.

Lovely Property, very clean, easy access to Main Street. Host was very communicative. Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend this place.
