Private villa in Zona Romantica, Alta Vista area - Tres Vistas is a beautiful, three-story, modern construction home in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. This is in old town (Viejo Vallarta) known for cobblestone streets, friendly locals, and lots to do day and night. Shopping, galleries, restaurants, and clubs within two to three blocks. An easy, six-block walk from Los Muertos Beach.
Maid on duty Monday through Saturday. Off Sunday & Mexican Holidays. Maid will prepare a simple breakfast daily. You pay the actual cost of food and she will take care of the shopping and preparation. Additional meals can be arranged for an extra charge per day. Concierge services are available to help set up tours, do shopping, or make any necessary arrangements to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.

An excellent home with private pool for our family and friends. Lots of space with two living rooms, large kitchen and pantry and TV’s in almost every room. Lots of amenities and we never wanted for anything. The house manager, Adrian was always available and friendly to work with. Mornings were a delight with Adela preparing delicious breakfasts complete with fresh squeezed orange juice to start our days. Every bedroom is equipped with its own AC and ceiling fans. People with mobility issues should be aware that the house is up a steep hill on Calle Aguacate and that there is a spiral staircase to the second and third floors. We loved our stay and if travelling with a large group again will definitely consider Villa Tres Vistas again. Thank you to our host, property manager and cooks for a most delightful and relaxing time.

Great large and comfortable home in walking distance if everything in the Romantic Zone. Only small suggestion would be to have a blue tooth speaker available for house and pool.

Adrian, our concierge was excellent. Our breakfast cook Adela made us some delicious food. We loved the heated pool and spent many hours in it. Convenient location to anywhere we needed to go. Easy bus ride to and from the airport. Lovely place.

This was a perfect VRBO for our large extended family. The house is on three levels: top floor is the entry level. Behind a large exterior entry door is a small patio and the pool. You enter the house into a foyer and staircase and then into the living/kitchen/dining space with a half bath. The floor below has three bedrooms and two baths, and the lower floor has two more bedrooms, two baths and a small living room. This worked out great for our multi-generational group that included grandparents, adults, and a variety of children. The housekeeper and chef took great care of us and made everything so easy. The location is walking distance to the downtown and beach. We felt this VRBO was a great value and would stay again.
