Located on Costa Rica's South Pacific shore in Ballena Marine National Park, a renowned Marine Sanctuary that faces Playa Ballena, a pristine beach stretching along 4 kms of natural beauty.
Casa Luna is a modern house, bright and airy with beautiful views of Ballena Island and an easy stroll to amazing beaches. There are 4 full bedrooms with 4 complete baths, 3 en-suite. The Master bedroom now includes air conditioning.
If you are looking for a place to relax and be in contact with nature, this is the place to come. Casa Luna is located on a private farm with exclusive access to Ballena and Playa de Arco Beach.

A minimum 50% deposit is due upon booking. This is 100% refundable with more than 60 days advance notice from check in date. If cancellation is from 15-60 days prior to stay, deposit is 50% refundable. IF a cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, any refund is at the discretion of property owners.
Balance due 14 days prior to check in, unless arrangements have been made to pay balance upon arrival.

Our stay was more than we could have dreamed of. The house was larger and more beautiful than it appears in the pictures. It was closer to the ocean than expected and the yard and beaches were gorgeous. We went for spring break and hardly saw any other people on the beach! The access to Playa Archo was so fun because it felt like our little secret. We were so thankful for the air conditioning in one bedroom. We ended up having family game nights in there a couple of times so everyone could cool off. The only thing I would change would be more lighting for the evenings. We cooked dinner at home a lot and even with the brighter lights above the island it still felt dark for preparing a meal. Natalia graciously met us when we arrived in the pouring rain and was easy to reach and quick to respond our whole stay. The Ballena Bistro at the end of the road was wonderful too! The only downside was the distance from the airport in San Jose, but it was still worth the drive!

Natalia is super communicative and helpful. The place is beautiful. Picture windows and window bays everywhere. Open air is great. There's only AC in the main bedroom and en suite bathroom--but it was a perfect amount of respite for us and our 3 year old at night. There is a good deal of nature around with a river, a little estuary, some regrowing forest, and a beautiful beach which is essentially yours! Would stay again!

Our host Natalia, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. My family and I LOVE YOUR HOUSE AND PROPERTY!!!! Great times together - so much family fun and it was nice to see my teenage grandson OUTSIDE without his phone /tech! 😊Thank you so much ! We will absolutely return.

This stay met all of our needs. The pool was the best part, and it was well kept and treated. It was easy to access and the beach was a short walk. The only small downside was A/C was only in the main bedroom. Otherwise, I recommend staying at this place.
