Showcasing a private pool, sun terrace and a magnificent view of the turquoise water, Casas De La Caye Villas is located just a 3 minutes boat ride from San Pedro Town on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye. This Villa is designed to offer you an exclusive and private vacation with all the amenities of home, except the cold weather in the winter, or the hoards of people in the summer!
The Villa is a single floor, three bedrooms, living area and the kitchen on the bottom floor and two other bedrooms, a sitting area and a sun deck on the second floor. The entire villa is decorated with modern furnishing and soft colors. All the rooms including the kitchen and sitting areas are equipped with air conditioning & WiFi. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV & a private bathroom.
On the outdoors guest can enjoy the pool area, the palapa on the dock or maybe a BBQ on the pool deck or by the sea side.
Just a few minutes away is Ambergris Caye, and island full of vibrant people and great food. The island is home to a range of activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing and other leisure activities like kayaking, paddle boards, surfing. Most tour operators cater for private full day charters for your family and group of friends.

This property exceeded my expectations. Sam and our wonderful boat captain were so accommodating! They were our welcome home and welcome back guys. Our grandsons loved the pool and their dads loved catapulting them in it. Really a memorable trip!

What a wonderful place to stay if you want to get away from the loud noise of the city. Just a three minute boat ride from the main island. Whenever we wanted to go our captain would take us over with the boat. A beautiful view. An amazing place to stay.

this gorgeous place felt like our own private island as there was no one renting the house next to us. Very quiet and peaceful seeing as how you are only a 4 minute boat ride away from the hustle of the heart of San Pedro. Sam our host met us at the tropic air terminal and helped us get settled in as we go there. The private dock in town is close to almost everything except to secret beach. So for an outing you really need a golf cart unless you're there to hang with the locals then all you need is your two feet. The grocery shop is near by so are the banks and air terminals to get back to the mainland. With the help of Sam and a sweet soul named Senal we got to where we needed to be. Sam helped arrange a cook (who is also a masseuse) to prepare dinner for my family of 8. Which the house accommodated so generously, out of my 5 kids 3 are teenagers, the other 2 young adults and no-one was ever in the others way. We took my mother and she had her own place to rest as well as my husband and I. The living conditions were superb. This house was built with a large family or group in mind. The pool was perfect for evening dips after the beach. honestly my mother and I spent a day just enjoying the house and laying by the pool while kids went to explore the town. It gave home away from home vibes. Senal was our captain for the boat rides to and from town. If we needed anything like the water bottle filled or the dishwasher to work he took care of it.They did an outstanding job.

This house is **a delight** but what made it perfect was Sam and his staff. Literally anything we needed, from paper towels to complicated excursions, they made it happen. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. I’ve already sent this house to so many friends because it is the PERFECT place to stay in Belize.
