This 4 Bedroom house, has a split floor plan, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one side and rhe 4th bedroom, on the opposite side.
In the backyard, you can play Miniature Golf, sit in the covered patio, have a Barbecue, or try your hand in a game of Horseshoe, or Cornhole..
You will be 3 Miles from Uptown, and 7 Miles from Downtown Phoenix and all the Museums, Sports Venues, Concerts, Night Life, conference centers, etc.
Phoenix Mountain preserve, with all the hiking and biking trails is only 3 miles away, and will transfer you from the city into a pristine Desert environment in minutes.
The central location makes a quick trip anywhere in town, from State Farm stadium, to Phoenix Open, to the Biltmore.

Would definitely stay here again when in town. House just as described. Clean. Comfy. Nice fenced backyard entertaining area. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Near gas station for snacks. Walmart, food places and shopping within 5-10 mins driving. About 20 min drive to downtown (Phoenix Convention Center). Host was great too. Great quick communication. Will stay here again.

House was clean, comfortable and good location. Being able to bring my dog was a must and greatly appreciated.

Welcoming host, house is in a nice location. The house does have the bare minimum of kitchen amenities and didn't seem cleaned prior to stay.
