This is a wonderful property. The listing was definitely accurate. It exceeded my families expectations. We would definitely book it again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Big Fish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Michael was an outstanding host, however, the guest arrival letter needed updating to current year. My Adult children never felt away from home (same floor plan, except for the carpet and pool) Michael and Stephanie, thank you for the opportunity to be home away from home! I believe you went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this listing (up for sale) and would absolutely stay here again!"

Excellent value for the price. The pool heat and hot tub heat was great no issues. Property was exactly as described and communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had rented a similar house with a pool in this area a few years ago and thought we’d try it again at a house that was supposed to be nicer. It wasn’t. I would describe the overall expedience as just okay. The house was good size and within an hour drive to most of the fun things our family wanted to do. Swimming in a heated pool was one of the top reasons we booked this location for our family.
I called the owners upon check-in to explain the pool heater and connected hot tub weren’t working. While the owner showed concern, being a long distance landlord there was little he could do to help. Unfortunately they never checked back in with us, or made any follow up calls with updates about repairs.
The property management company was fairly unresponsive. After leaving 5 voicemails over 24hrs with no calls back I finally got to talk with someone. The property manager was fairly aggressive and it took until the 4th day before they had a repair person out to fix the pool equipment. It was a good location, but service matters. Since I wanted a vacation and didn’t enjoy chasing people down to fix things as soon as we got there would not stay here again.
