Cozy and modern room for two people, located in the heart of Roses. This space is perfect for those who want to enjoy a comfortable stay. Being in the city center, the room allows guests to access a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away, creating an ideal environment for those looking to explore the gastronomic and commercial offer of Roses. In addition, the beach is only 120 meters away, allowing you to enjoy the sea and the Mediterranean breeze without going too far from the accommodation.
The building has a common room, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. In this shared area, guests will find a rest area and a space equipped to heat food, providing greater comfort and flexibility during the stay.

ACCOMMODATION ASSIGNMENT: The apartment will be assigned upon arrival. The reservation guarantees the apartment type and its features, but not a specific apartment.
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: 0.99 euros per person per night. Animals: 25 euros per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00PM to 10:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 AM.
VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.
INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that upon arrival you have an Internet connection and that Data Roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, since the electronic system is activated by a link that you will receive via WS.
