South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

This apartment was the cleanest I've stayed in at South West Rocks. Very impressed, comfortable & breezy. I'd stay again

The property was very clean, however, L J Hooker need to tell guests that NOTHING is supplied, not just linen and/or dishwashing liquid/powder. NOTHING. This is extremely important for guests arriving after hours, especially in a small town where shops close early sometimes. This needs to be communicated better, not just keep reminding guests that check out is 9.00am which is ridiculous and not industry norm.
The location is great and walking distance to most of the places needed to go to.
Pity about the misinformation. A starter pack would also be helpful as most accommodation places offer this now. I know because I travel extensively and this is the first time nothing has ever been supplied.
