Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Beautiful penthouse in Pecol, near the center of Cortina (8-10 minutes on foot), with panoramic windows and sunny balcony to the south. The characteristic of this apartment is that it remains in Pecol low: a small pedestrian path connects it, passing through a small wood, to the railway walk and to the center of Cortina in a few minutes, so there is no need to take a car. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with a further 5 beds for a total of 9 guests, with 3 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen. In addition to these rooms, there is a very small utility room with washer dryer and a place to hang out for ironing. New apartment, bright, well exposed with fine furnishings, reserved parking for cars with lawns nearby, surrounded by tranquility.

The apartment was great! Exactly what we needed for a large group using Cortina as a home base for the Dolomites in June. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this penthouse accommodation was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, and the view is simply stunning. Maria is an excellent host — communication was always quick, clear, and helpful. We highly recommended both the apartment and the host!

The penthouse was a fabulous place to stay in Cortina. It’s conveniently located, spacious, and has beautiful views.

This property photographs better than it looks. It sure has sensational views, but it is an uphill slog of a walk from town not for the faint hearted. The apartment is nice but very basic, three bathrooms is very handy and the beds were comfortable, the dining table is not. There is no room on the balcony to do anything but stand, the rooms are very small and so is the kitchen. It is a good price and we would stay again but with different expectations. It is also three long flights of stairs up.
