THE SPACE
Hummingbird Haven offers plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together. The main kitchen and living area are located on the second floor, creating a bright central space for meals, lounging, and winding down after a day around Big Bear.
The remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a gas range and oven, dishwasher, and plenty of space for preparing meals. The living area includes a reclining L-shaped couch, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove fireplace for cozy mountain evenings.
Downstairs, the game room gives the group another place to spread out with a pool table, foosball table, Giant Connect 4, TV, and wood stove-style fireplace.

This property is a great place for a lake vacation. Close to parks, the lake, shopping and restaurantes, bike shops, and all the trails. Plenty of room and the layout is perfect for family/friends. We loved it!

The house was darker than the listening pictures showed and I wished there was a better stoked kitchen. Also the kitchen towels that were left looked stained or not thoroughly cleaned. The amount of pine needles in the backyard which was not fully dog safe was a little annoying. The pine needles are sticky and would be stuck all over the dogs legs when they went outside. The fence is maybe 3 feet high and more like a chicken wire in some areas. There was plenty of space for our two families though. The location is great.

We spent 2 days and one night in your property, everything was good. The only thing we don’t like, the BBQ was very dirty, we spent an hour to make it clean to be able to use it.

We had fun, location is great and cabin was comfortable but people should know that they have removed the fireplace from this cabin. This would have been a show stopper for us, but the description said fireplace. And yes,, there is a wood burning stove in the basement but we couldn’t get it to work. The main family room appears to have had a fireplace but there is a couch in front of it now. Overall we enjoyed our time there but a big part of renting a cabin in the winter is a cozy fire.
