A Note from the Owner:
Our unit is on the 3rd floor of a six story oceanfront condominium building named Kamaole Nalu which is located in South Kihei. It offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Adjacent to this unit is Kamaole Beach 2, well known for its romantic sunsets, great swimming, and seasonal whale watching. Guests at our complex can frequently watch sea turtles feeding on the nearby reef in the late afternoon. In the summer of 2014 we conducted a complete top-to-bottom renovation of the condo. The remodeled unit now features Travertine tile floors, granite counter tops, all new appliances and furnishings and even new tableware! Come and see it for yourself!!

We loved our stay! The beach is so close and so beautiful! We loved the grass area in front of condo as well. We were not expecting so many shops restaurants and more within a short walk! Management was so responsive and helpful! A perfect location we felt!!

This is our second time at Kamaole Nalu, This unit was fantastic! The views from Lanai, bedroom, kitchen is unbeatable. Able to walk to the best beaches. The grassy area overlooking the ocean is simply the best. Kristina the property manager is wonderful. All'i Resort is so professional, best communicators. Immediately responded to getting a new coffee maker and any other need we had. So amazing. Was hard to leave

Views from the property are lovely. The complex is laid out well to maximize the view and not feel overly crowded. The management company is excellent. They remain interactive and available from check in thru check out.

The unit itself is very acceptable with good amenities, great location, and nice fans and A/C. Property management group felt overbearing with too many calls and texts including the need to call on the way in to have someone meet us (this is 2026- just text me the entry code!). Kind of odd to arrive to a man inside our unit. Only downside to building is the old-fashioned louvered windows- not good for noise insulation when we had a noisy family come in on the balcony next door. Otherwise very calm and quiet with the sound of waves out your window and from the patio which was lovely!
