Welcome to Crystal Lodge, a stunning log and cedar-sided vacation home nestled on 8.5 private acres just 1 mile from the heart of Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa in beautiful Northern Michigan. Whether you’re seeking a winter retreat with skiing and snowmobiling or a summer getaway with hiking, boating, and outdoor adventures, Crystal Lodge offers the perfect setting for families, friends, and groups.
Cozy and Comfortable Accommodations
This unique vacation rental features two fully-equipped units, with abundant sleeping and living space to accommodate large groups.**FROM APRIL 1ST TO JANUARY 5TH BOTH UNITS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL FEE, offering sleeping arrangements for up to 20 people. DURING SKI SEASON (Jan 5th to March 31st), ONLY ONE UNIT IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL FEE, accommodating up to 10 people.
Each unit offers:
3 cozy bedrooms: 2 with queen-sized beds and 1 with a full-sized bed.
Loft areas: Each unit includes a loft with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for extra guests or kids.
2 full bathrooms: One with a shower stall downstairs and one with a tub/shower combination upstairs.
Fully-equipped kitchen: Complete with a center island, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals together.
For larger groups, a custom wall can be opened to combine both units, creating a spacious, interconnected home for up to 20 guests. (Please note: This option is not available during ski season; only one unit is available from December 16th to March 31st.) **Special request for both units may be available for an extra fee for certain dates.**

Summer: Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mushroom picking, birdwatching, and plenty of space to simply relax. The property is ideal for outdoor games, family activities, and taking in the beauty of Northern Michigan.
In addition to the property’s expansive outdoor space, Crystal Lodge is centrally located to access some of the best attractions and activities Northern Michigan has to offer, including:
Boating, beaches, and fishing on nearby lakes and rivers.

There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew but it was resolved quickly as well as the AC unit (due to extreme heat in many states) The owners were attentive to our needs and did everything to make our family gathering comfortable and memorable. Much appreciated was the fans in all the rooms and use of two kitchens. Thank you again, we would definitely recommend Ed’s place .

We had a wonderful time at this house. We had 15 people and we all fit comfortably in both houses. There was plenty of room at the table, around the island and in the living room. The outdoor space was perfect for playing games and relaxing around the fire pit. We will definitely come back!

Enjoyed having both sides for a big family, lots of kitchen supplies, but the bedrooms were tight fitting and had no closets the floor upstairs wasn’t vacuumed and trash cans upstairs weren’t empty. Having no washer and dryer was rough. There was no hot tub or really any access to the Crystal Mountain resort. Loved being fairly close to Crystal Lake, Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan
