Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!

This listing was exactly what we could have hoped for. Big enough to accommodate 8 people with plenty of seating and lounging areas to choose from. A short walk away from the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The property was very clean and in a great neighborhood.

We were in San Clemente for a wedding. The condo was central to everything we needed to attend. The views are really special as shown from the pictures. The stairs are well lit in the evening - so we had no difficulty navigating them…but prepare yourself - there are 54 stairs to climb (the price to pay for the view). We weren’t able to take advantage of the close proximity to the beach access due to the construction, however we didn’t really have time for beach days. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The property was extremely clean and very the property owners were extremely nice and helpful. Communication was excellent. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained will definitely rebook again.

Property was a great location. Condition of the property not so great. Outdoor furniture pretty dirty.. musky smell with carpet interior. Very close to the beach, which was nice just a couple of minutes away from shopping and grocery and dining excellent..
