In the heart of the village of carvoeiro, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, this duplex apartment offers an exceptional view on the ocean at 2º and last floor of a small residence with 6 dwellings. This one consists of a lounge / living room with open kitchen facing the sea, and terrace in extension, a room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom, a bathroom (shower, washbasin, wc). The bedroom opens onto a terrace / solarium (sea view) with garden furniture and deckchairs. Exceptional exposure oriented south / east. Covered garage with electric gate, on street.

There is a spiral stair case to get to the main bedroom. It would be very difficult to get your luggage up there. Great location and view and balcony. Could use a small frying pan, but generally well stocked.

The appartement is very close to everything and almost in the middle of the city.
The Parking is very helpful, because the small village is not build for car traffic. I was lucky!
I liked also the satellite TV with German channels.
The plan was, to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the waves.
Because Caraveiro takes so much care on his guests, it was unfortunately not possible to follow the plan..
Every evening, there is a open air show in the center of the City.
The singers from the Show were not bad. Because of the good location of the apartement, you are always sitting in the first row of the show. And this every night.
Only on that reason, i suppose that my wife and I will not return to Carvoeiro.
(We are to old for highlife)
