Ciao from Petra and Alexa!
We welcome you at Villa EnriMar.

Bright and airy rooms, 9 beds, various liveable outdoor areas, and an atmosphere of total relaxation just steps away from the enchanting beaches of Capoliveri.
SPACE DESCRIPTION
The open-plan living room is an invitation to conviviality and relaxation: large panoramic windows flood the room with natural light, creating a beautiful continuity with the outdoor environments, while the comfortable sofa and satellite TV guarantee moments of pure rest.
Here, the fully equipped kitchen is located in the same open space as the living room and invites you to create delicacies thanks to modern appliances and available utensils.
The covered veranda with a gas barbecue and dining table allows for outdoor dining, and the large west-facing terrace is perfect for convivial moments under the sun or at sunset.
BEDROOMS
The main double bedroom, air-conditioned, has its own private bathroom, both with direct access to the garden.
The second double bedroom, which includes a bunk bed on request (otherwise retractable and used as a desk), is also equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom.
The 50 sqm annex is a bright, air-conditioned, and independent open space, consisting of a double bed, a room with a single bed, and a private bathroom. The large windows open onto the garden, creating a sense of continuity with the outdoor spaces, ideal for those seeking more privacy.
GARDEN
The 1,000 sqm park, characterized by cork trees and palms, offers corners of shade and rest. Here you can relax by the private pool (6x11m), enjoy the outdoor shower, or play sports on the synthetic grass tennis court, complete with rackets. Additional comforts such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a ping pong table enrich the experience of a holiday dedicated to well-being.
Be aware: the villa does NOT have heating!

We had a pleasant relaxing holiday at villa Enrimar.
The location in excellent, just a few kms from Capoliveri and close to the best beaches in the area.
Both the owner & caretaker are extremely friendly and helpful. The outdoor dining areas and barbecue are smashing.
If anything could have made our stay even more enjoyable, I'd say Mosquito/fly screens as It's seams a pity not to be able to enjoy the cool evening breeze unless you use insecticides.

Very nice house and property with everything needed to enjoy. Great pool, very clean, table tennis and tennis court (if you can manage in the heat) and great coves and beaches within walking distance. Overall the location is awesome, it is private and quiet but also close to lovely Capoliveri and a supermarket. The local property manager is very reliable and helpful. The only thing that would make this house even better would be air conditioning ( we were there during a heat wave though)
