The appartment was spacious, light and airy, well located in center of old town, very quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of central heat, hot water, great water pressure and comfort. Robert, my host, is very responsive. Answered quickly all of my questions, and was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this comfortable residence!

This property is ideally located, being in the center of Chiavari. One hour train from Genoa Airport, and 3 hours to Florence. Trains are cheap in Italy, unlike the food. Perfect for a couple looking for a break.

This is a wonderful, modern apartment in a classical building right in the historic centre of this amazing coastal town. We stayed here for five days with our teenage daughters and couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The hosts, Roberto and Alice, live next door and are very welcoming. Climbing the stairs to the top floor with our luggage was a challenge, but the location made it worth while.
I would highly recommend this apartment if visiting Chiavari and hope to be back soon!
Thank you Roberto and Alice!
