Located in the beautiful Coachella Valley of California with views of the some of the most majestic mountains you will ever see. This beautiful property is 3 bedroom, 2 bath in private gated community with its own private saltwater pool and spa (Pool can be heated for an additional fee). This gorgeous home has a nice open floor plan, 100MB high speed internet and DVR with HBO, Netflix, and The Golf channel!
La Quinta offers everything from 269 days of sunshine a year to endless activities like golf and relaxing by the pool. Perfect for families and couples, La Quinta has something for everyone to enjoy.
For hikers and bikers, our La Quinta home is located near miles and miles of rolling desert and well-marked bike only lanes. There are also many mountain biking opportunities including some steep mountain climbs and descents, single track rides along the canyon ridges, and muscle busting pedals through the desert's sand and lose rock. Experience some of the most beautiful and unique landscapes on foot while hiking through the Joshua Tree Wilderness and National Park located north of the valley.
For a little relaxation from all the physical activities offered, visit any of La Quinta’s local music venues for live music and jazz. Also, for festival goers, La Quinta is home to the popular Coachella music festival and Stagecoach. This property is 5 minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden Shuttle pick-up, however you can also Uber/Lyft or drive 7 minutes to the festival grounds themselves! Spend your day dancing and having fun at the festival and spend your evenings recuperating in this gorgeous backyard.
Speaking of the backyard… it's completely private, has high hedges on each side, with plenty of room for a nice BBQ. You can play corn hole, relax by the pool, ride bikes or sit by the outdoor fire pit. You can also enjoy your day at the community pool which is walking distance from the house. The pool area has a connected community gym with cardio and training equipment.

The home was very clean and had ample supplies.
Check-in was easy and owner was very quick to reply regarding arrival and any issues.

The house was very clean and tidie, well stocked, lost of towels and comfortable master suite bed. Bikes were a pleasant surprise. Close to all the stores one would need and not far from the fashion center for great shopping. Will be back again.

Seriously. Probably my best experience of a rental on vrbo, and I do so about 4 times per year. Extremely well-appointed house, great lay-out and furnishings. Location for The Paribas Open is prime. Owner communication was over-the-top; Drew would text back immediately if any issues, and even shipped back an iPad (the next day) that I left by mistake. Over and above the call of duty.
