Guests / Accompanying Persons Registration:
The provided registration form must be completed and returned at least one week before check-in, along with copies of the official travel documents for all accompanying guests. Any changes to accompanying guests require an additional registration (Organic Law of Catalonia, Article 2 of Ordinance IRP/418/2010 of August 5, 2010)

House Rules:
- Guests must agree to the community’s house rules by accepting its regulations.
- Any disruptive behavior or noise, as well as any activities or events that may annoy neighbors and/or disturb the peace and quiet of the building, must be avoided.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene standards. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
- Smoking inside the living quarters is strictly prohibited. Tampering with life safety and security equipment, such as smoke detectors and surveillance devices, is considered a very serious violation and may result in legal action.
