The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, large fridge, coffee maker, water filter, electrical kettle, double toaster. It has necessary utensils for cooking such as pans and pots, various types of plates, salad and mixing bowls, measuring cup, cutting boards, cutlery, mugs and glasses, including kids-proofed plates and glasses, vases for your flowers, and much more. The basement offers plenty of space with a full kitchen, foosball table for a fun time, and direct access to the backyard. There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor (including 1 en-suite) and 1 full bathroom in the basement with provided towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a step stool for kids for your convenience. Full laundry with a washer and dryer is available on each level. Please note there is a doorbell camera. Easy check-in and check-out with the automated lock. Pets are subject to approval and extra fees, please inquire during booking. No parties are allowed since it's a quiet neighborhood. Non-smoking policy with $300 fee if smoking inside the house in addition to extra cleaning required to remove the smell.
