The Living Room, Master Bedroom & Bedroom #2 have doors with screens that open up to the beachfront patio. The gigantic kitchen with a wrap around bar that has 6 bar stools has all the counter space you need to prepare even the most lavish meals for your family.
Huge covered patios on the beach and in the front of the house allow for lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Rocky Point weather year round. There is an outdoor shower and fire pit as well.

It has a beautiful view of the beach. If you like sunrises and sunsets, they are amazing here. Also, don’t miss the dolphins swimming by each day. We loved it!

Overall great place. 2 guests thought the beds were very hard in master and room with twin beds.Used to rentals having lots of spices "left overs" from previous guests. That was not the case here but no biggie.We had a great timeTgank you!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is very spacious and clean. Plenty of places to sleep. And it is literally steps from the beach. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The host provided two big water jugs, which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

The day we got there we noticed ants by the front door. Eventually they made there way in through the front door and through the outlet to the microwave. I asked for bug spray maintenance never came. The ants were on the kitchen counters and coming through the back door.
There was no ac in the main house only in the master bedroom that had it’s own ac unit was working
In the hall bathroom there was no hot water and hardly any water came out of the shower. We had to take showers in the master bedroom.
Won’t be staying here again
