. I always enjoy receiving a reservation request. I like to get a general idea of why people are visiting, what age group, etc as I like to ensure that my home is suitable as I want my guests to get the very best out of their stay.
Once booking is established I am always available to answer any questions. I enjoy meeting my guest and hope to meet them for their arrival. I do have a house manual with lots of information about the utilities etc, but I go through these in person too.
I am never far away and am always available via phone to answer any queries.
Seahaven is 3 3-bedroom and 2 bathrooms house sleeping 6 with parking for 2 cars. There are 3 designed bedrooms this includes the mater en suite.
Seahaven is situated in the picturesque village of Rottingdean enjoying direct sea views, solid wood flooring, off-road parking, front and rear garden. The ground floor accommodation is arranged as a south aspect lounge access to the front patio, there is a kitchen diner with seating for 6. There is a six-burner range cooker and a utility room with a dishwasher and washer/dryer machine.
The first floor accommodation is arranged as master bedroom with king size bed benefiting from direct sea views an en-suite bathroom and a further family bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and 3rd bedroom has two single beds.
Maximum of guests - The maximum of guests is 6
CHECK OUT BY 10 AM. Please be aware that the garage and the driveway are monitored by CLOSE CIRCUIT CAMERAS

An excellent stay. The house is in an amazing location. It overlooks the ocean and the frequent bus service stops right outside. Shops, pubs, supermarkets etc are 5 mins walk away and Brighton is 15 mins by bus. The house is big, very clean and well appointed. I highly recommend.

Lovely house and awesome location. We had a car but it was such an easy and short bus ride into Brighton which the kids absolutely loved. Bus stops right outside the house. Amazing.

The house is tastefully furnished, in immaculate condition and comes with all commodities one can think of.Great view, cozy garden, well connected to Brighton although Rottingdean offers a wide choice of cozy pubs too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to our nice landlady for renting her place out to us.

We came to settle in our grandson at Sussex University. The location and ease of access for all we had to do was excellent. So nice to look at the sea every day
