This beautiful 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 12 people for the ultimate desert getaway! Just off the entry, the downstairs bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to a hall bathroom. Heading upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom that features a King bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a Queen bed featuring a smart TV, and the bunk room with a triple full bunk bed, TV, and Nintendo Switch. Pros-the property was clean, we really enjoyed the space and amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and the whole layout was great for what we were needing. I appreciated the washer and dryer, the stocked kitchen, the hot tub, and the ping pong table and high chair. We loved the pool in the community with the water slide. Con’s-I did not like that the home had a for sale sign right in front, a rental sign in the window, and a lock box on the door. It made me feel less secure, not knowing the amount of people that had access to the house during our stay. The property management text that the hot tub maintenance would need access to the house while I was out. I said they can access the yard where the hot tub is, but not comfortable with them going into the house with us away. They said they would charge me if they can’t do maintenance, then said they already did it before our stay, then my children said their were men in the yard that morning before the text was sent. Not a fan of that. Overall- clean, good location, nice amenities and responsive communication from the owner.

We had a wonderful vacation in Washington! The house was in wonderful condition, with necessities available for our use. The community pool was so much fun for our kids, and was not busy at all. The hot tub TV was not connecting to the internet, but that didn't stop us from relaxing. Would stay again!
