Enjoyed our stay

Very family friendly. Great communication with Host and the information provided made check in easy at the gate/visitor center and home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool/splash pads & slides. Close to stores & gas stations- very convenient! Would stay here again!!!

The property was very nice at the pool area. Friendly workers, clean areas for relaxing. The unit we stayed in was very dated with rotten molding in areas, sheets and dishes were dirty. We had to take part of our vacation time to wash, dry and replace sheets! Dishes, silverware and a few pans had to be washed before use as well. One of the bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan and stayed hot compared to the rest of the rooms. There was a lot of damaged sheetrock, doors and ceiling areas. All of these issues were reported. I would never stay in that unit again! The garbage had to be put out into a garbage/bench seat outside of the door in the hallway. Some units had garbage over flowing and it smelled rotten as we walked to and from our cars. It was very disappointing to say the least. I feel we should be refunded part of our money for all of the inconvenience!!
