A rare Victorian Ground floor flat, offers panoramic views of Primrose Hill, ensuring complete privacy without shared spaces. Featuring original 19th-century ceiling mouldings, and a stunning tall window facing the park. Only a quick walk from the leafy village and shops, next to Regent's Park and Camden Town. It provides convenient access to the city's major transport links. This flat is part of a house owned by our family for 3 generations, adding a layer of heritage to its alluring charm.
The space
Ideal for a family of 4, including two children or teenagers, the ground-floor flat overlooks the park, offering a picturesque setting. The spacious living area features a large window overlooking Primrose Hill, adorned with antique furniture steeped in family history, complemented by high ceilings and original mouldings.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an additional single day-bed, while the fully equipped kitchen and shower room ensure self-sufficiency during your stay. Amenities include:
a washer/dryer,
a shower room
a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hobs, oven, microwave)
a dedicated workspace, and
a sofa-bed (two single beds) for added convenience

The host made this stay most enjoyable. She was very responsive, ordering items that we needed, including a fan. The location is very special -- particularly if you enjoy being a bit out of the hubbub yet close to a Tube station so you can easily be out sightseeing in London. The shops and restaurants, even grocers nearby are 2-3 minutes' walk and so many are very kind. This is suitable for a couple or two friends like ourselves who like to have separate sleeping quarters -- the day bed in the living area is comfortable. The kitchen and bath are tiny and so one, but very clean and stocked with essentials. It is not a "fancy" or "modern" place, yet the responsiveness of the host and the location made it a very enjoyable stay for two older women who enjoyed being out of central London yet with easy access to all the major areas of interest in the city. We spent a week here and would do so again, if the opportunity arises.
