Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy laundry room before stepping into the inviting open-concept living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table seating 6, and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for culinary adventures, while the living room beckons with plush reclining couches, rockers, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Step outside onto the back deck to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the picturesque scenery of the French Broad River below. We loved the location. The grass was a little tall so it wasn’t as enjoyable to go down by the river. Also feel like curtains needed to be on the windows.

Beautiful property! Private, quiet, exactly as advertised. Loved the view of the river. Perfect location for a get away weekend!

We were not allowed to check in early even tho the housekeepers were gone!! I think that’s just rude! Knowing we were there and not sending us the code until check in time of 4:00!!! So if you rent this, don’t show up early! Also, there weren’t ANY spices! No salt or pepper even! The toilet paper was one ply which just makes you have to use twice as much….you can tell this is a house that no one lives in and is just for travelers. And they only provided 1 pack of coffee when we were scheduled to be there for TWO mornings! So pack your stuff cause they don’t provide much at all. No creamer, no sugar, no nothing!
