We appreciate your understanding as our community continues to grow and improve. Construction-related noise, dust, traffic, or temporary inconveniences are not eligible for refunds, credits, or other compensation.

3. 2 parking spaces on the property; New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
