This is a wonderful farmhouse that has been turned into a family vacation rental, and is featured on a huge property that includes horses, stables and rentals. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the house just had such a beautiful view from the deck. Very quiet area and close to the great Smoky Mountains. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property. Peaceful, quiet. Wonderful sunrise/sunset viewing. Rustic atmosphere. Large deck for breakfast. Location was perfect for our stay in Townsend. We did not have time for horseback riding but enjoyed watching them in pasture. Hosts very friendly and informative.
