The Casamance Home: Enjoy our "Kassoumaï" Villa with family or friends. This villa, renovated in 2023, is located in a 6-hectare gated community within a lush, fully enclosed, and guarded park with beach access. It is also possible to rent the entire house (sleeps 14, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens; see the "Entire Villa" section on the website for details). The Kassoumaï accommodation includes: On the garden level: - A very large living room with a cathedral ceiling and a double sofa bed; - A large, fully equipped kitchen Open; - A separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide); - A separate bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide); - A bathroom with toilet; The entire garden level opens onto the sheltered patio and the large garden. You have access to the patio and the wooded garden, which are shared with the villa "Teranga". You have a private exit to the garden. Upstairs: - One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide); - One bedroom with two single beds; - One bathroom with shower and toilet; All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guest access: You have private access to this entire property. The garden has a private exit reserved for you. The sheltered patio and large garden are shared with the "Teranga" villa. The residence's swimming pool, to which you have access, is located 200 meters from the villa. The condominium also has beach access. Sun loungers are set up and arranged around the pool. A ping pong table is also available. Other remarks: Daily cleaning is carried out except on Sundays. Our manager or we ourselves are available to facilitate your arrivals/departures. A small grocery store is located just outside the residence. Several restaurants are nearby, many of which are open year-round (a list is available upon request from the host). Upon request, the catch of the day, as well as fruits and vegetables from the market, can be offered for sale on-site. Activities available upon request from the host include various excursions: canoe trips in the bolongs (mangrove channels), visits to nearby islands, mountain biking and/or quad biking excursions in the surrounding area, the rice paddies, or on the... Air Senegal also offers round-trip flights from Paris CDG to Dakar, 6 times per week in 2024/2025. Air Algeria also offers flights from Paris to Dakar via Algiers, often at attractive fares.
