Welcome to your holiday, just a 2-minute walk from the port of La Teste-de-Buch. Relax in a sought-after area of ​​La Teste, typical of the Arcachon Basin. A Natura 2000 site is right in front. Warm and friendly atmosphere. This 45m² apartment will charm you with its location and layout. Situated in a very quiet area, it is on the 1st floor of a traditional Arcachon-style building. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a view of the coastal path, a shower room, one bedroom and one sleeping alcove, a toilet, and a balcony-terrace. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath sheets and mats, and dish towels are provided for stays of 7 nights or more, and beds are made upon arrival. For shorter stays, we offer the same products in a linen pack for €15 per person. These will be placed in the relevant rooms (beds not made). Guests may also bring their own linens.
