The large living room is furnished with an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV, sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair . The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool, garden and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Ocean Reserve condominium will be undergoing a building wide exterior concrete restoration program starting during the summer of 2025. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with possible balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

Free self parking is included for one car. The building charges a one time $51.00 administrative fee at time of check in to cover the cost of access fobs, wrist bands, etc. Valet parking fees apply for a second car.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FOUR ADULT GUESTS AND TWO MINOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants

IDs and completed contracts must be received within 48 hours after booking or the reservation may be cancelled

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RENTALS GREATER THAN 14 NIGHTS: Rentals with stays longer than 14 nights will be subject to a “NO REFUND” policy. All payments received are non-refundable should the renter wish to cancel at any time. This policy supersedes any other policy stated elsewhere in this document or in our on-line ads.
