The exquisite location of the vacation rental in Haus Irmingard, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Chiemsee, promises wonderful days against the picturesque backdrop of the Alpine foothills.
The stylishly furnished vacation rental is located in a new building constructed in 2023. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch*, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen-living area opens onto a private, furnished south-facing balcony.
*The pull-out couch is suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children up to 12 years of age. For groups of 4 adults or 2 teenage children, an additional guest bed will be provided in addition to the pull-out couch.
Towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge in this vacation rental. We’re happy to provide baby gear (high chair, travel crib) upon request. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack.
Despite its close proximity to the town center, the vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area; free parking is available right in front of the property.

Chieming is an ideal starting point for sports and cultural activities, as well as excursions around Lake Chiemsee—including Herreninsel and Fraueninsel—to the nearby former salt-mining town of Traunstein, to Salzburg in Austria, and into the Chiemgau mountains.
