Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially planned. Will stay here again.

Construction going on right behind the building, extremely loud. Was told we’d be on the 2nd floor ended up on the 4th and my wife was on crutches. We would have canceled and rescheduled our trip had we known. Wife didnt want to leave once we got up the stairs. Communication was great with hosts though and i will say they tried to make up with a free breakfast the next day at their hotel down the street but we ended up not taking them up on the offer since pictures online made it look like continental breakfast which isnt really our thing. I dont think a breakfast comp makes up for the inconvenience it caused on our trip, especially after asking and letting the host know our situation with being on crutches.
