Welcome to 5 Junket, a spacious family friendly retreat in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, offering peek a boo ocean views and just 37 steps to the beach. With six en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 16 guests, a private pool and spa, and an expansive wrap around deck surrounded by Lowcountry greenery, this coastal chic home was designed for multi family gatherings or friends' getaways alike. A luggage elevator and thoughtful accessibility features make settling in effortless for every member of the group.

Inside, the open concept living area serves as the heart of the home, with fresh contemporary furnishings, a large sectional, and floor to ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light and glimpses of the ocean beyond. Vaulted ceilings and a Smart TV set the stage for movie nights or catching the game, while the space flows seamlessly onto the deck for dining under the stars. The chef's kitchen keeps up with the group's appetite, featuring a gas range, double oven, and plenty of counter space for multiple cooks, with seating for four at the island and eight more at the formal dining table.

Designed with families and multigenerational groups in mind, the home offers six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms across two floors. The first floor primary suite provides a tranquil king retreat with its own en-suite, while a versatile bunk room with four twin beds and a sleeper sofa is perfect for kids or teens. Upstairs, two wings offer a mix of king en-suites and a twin bedroom, giving couples their own peaceful escape while keeping the little ones close by. Every room is designed to balance privacy with togetherness, so the whole group feels right at home.

Step outside to the true showstopper of this home: an entertainer's dream deck with ample seating and a propane grill station, perfect for al fresco dining in the ocean breeze. Settle into the classic rocking chairs to swap stories from the day, then head down to the heated pool and spill over spa for a sun soaked afternoon or a relaxing evening under the stars. With a grassy play area for the kids and an outdoor shower for easy beach day rinse offs, this backyard was built for making memories.

Guests also enjoy full access to Palmetto Dunes' resort amenities, including three world class golf courses, the acclaimed Tennis & Pickleball Center, and miles of shaded biking and walking paths throughout the resort. With a private path just steps from the door leading straight to the beach, island life has never felt more within reach.
