25 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes by car, you are soaked in the good vibes that this magnificent bicentennial typical Provencal farmhouse sends you.
Its layout is very simple: 3 bedrooms upstairs with each their own shower room, living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor.
To the east, 2 studios are adjoining: La Glycine for rent for 3 people maximum and La Grange occupied by myself. All this very quiet world. These 2 studios are not part of the rental.
The 3 bedrooms are therefore on the 1st floor.
a 160 bed in bedroom 1,
a 140 bed in bedroom 2;
and 1 160 bed in bedroom 3.
No air conditioning. However, I provide you with fans.
For more freshness I suggest the 4th bedroom which is in fact a hut in the plane tree, itself on the terrace of the farmhouse. It has 2 bunk beds in 140 and 2 bunk beds in 80. Its sanitary facilities are located in the stone shed below.
You will find plenty to entertain you between this hut, the giant trampoline and the swimming pool, but also the piano, billiards and table football for the interior, not to mention reading in the rooms as well as board games.
If I am away in the summer I will ask you to give my 4 adorable cats something to eat and drink and to water the plants on the terrace.
In the summer we reserve the right to enjoy the pool if you are not there.
Animals, music and telephone loudspeakers around the pool, parties and noisy parties, are not allowed.
