All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and ensure their cleanliness. Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, dish towels, etc.) are provided. Each mattress and pillows are equipped with mattress pads that must be kept clean when you leave. Beds will be made on arrival. The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open if you use air conditioning or heating. Make sure to close the doors when you leave the premises. Please respect the tranquility of the premises inside and outside the house. In the event of a dispute or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the guests who cause the disturbance. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. Throughout the stay, children are under the responsibility of their parents. The swimming pool may present a danger of drowning, do not leave children alone without being accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult. The tenant is obliged to take out Rental Civil Liability protection with their insurance company. Garbage cans are available. Please respect the sorting rules. You will find the containers "towards the pond, on the left". When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins, otherwise it will be deducted from your deposit. Amount charged 100 euros if the rules are not respected.
