As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violations of any noise ordinances are subject to fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire- or property-damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees, as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

This property is excellent for a large group! Space to spread out, little nooks for privacy and wonderful gathering spaces! The space was perfect for 4 generations...something for everyone. Having a second sleeping space on the same property was awesome....felt like our own private resort.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family. There are 15 of us, and we all had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. The beds are very comfortable and the house and grounds are very spacious. There were some issues with pool maintenance and pest control around the property and in the Casita, but the management team was very quick to respond and called the pest control company out as soon as I reported the issue. The house was very nice and pictures and descriptions were as described. There were so many activities for children and adults of all ages to do and there was plenty of space to roam around and relax. The game room and pool features were a great bonus as well! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful location for our family and extended family to stay. Our kids loved the pool and the game room! They are requesting to go back next year and stay at this same house! We had plenty of room, inside and out. The location was semi remote, yet close to shopping and dinning.

We enjoyed our weekend at your house! the pool was perfect and all the rooms had great space. The amount of extra towels was greatly appreciated (: some feedback would be adding some extra light around the pool grilling area, and the AC capacity for the living kitchen area didn't feel cool enough. We were sweating at some point. but other than that everything was great.
