Returning again to Villa Hibiscus . Great location with flat walk to sea and restaurants, etc. Spacious well equipped villa . Pool cold in November! Colin is an excellent host , always at the end of a phone and very helpful as usual.

Good value villa close to the beach with everything you need for your holiday.

Colin was very helpful and quick to respond to questions in the lead up. Villa was perfect for us and our teens who were happy with a quiet, lazy holiday after exams. Beach with watersports 5 min walk (when they could be bothered to leave the pool!), waterpark half an hour (John Pangeras taxi were very accommodating) and good choice of lovely friendly restaurants within a few min walk. Nikki at Pissouri divers took us for a try dive and was brilliant with my nervous 13 year old. We'd come back

We loved the villa in Pissouri Beach very much! The self check-in was very convenient, we thank the owner Colin so much who was flexible with the access times of arrival and departure. The house is splendid exactly like in the photographs published on the site, spacious and clean, with all the comforts you could wish for! There are 3 bedrooms. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with everything you need, the dining room is spacious and there are radio, TV, DVD, board games etc ... working wi-fi. The outdoor space is enchanting: a small table for an aperitif, a large table to enjoy wonderful dinners and good Cyprus wine, flowers and plants surround a splendid swimming pool which made our stay even more enjoyable! With a 5-minute walk you can reach the village, with the minimarket and some taverns where you can eat well. From there you go down to the bay of Pissouri (another 5 minutes on foot), a quiet cove of pebbles, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and taverns. Cyprus is a very sunny island with beautiful beaches, from Pissouri it is possible to move comfortably towards Paphos or towards Limassol and Larnaka, or towards the Troodos mountains: it is a strategic point. It was a wonderful experience to stay in Colin's villa, we recommend it to those who want to relax and enjoy a pleasant holiday! Beautiful!! Wir haben sehr nette Erfahrungen mit der Unterkunft und der Insel gemacht. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war, kam schnellstmöglich jemand vorbei und hat es in Ordnung gebracht. Alles war sauber und unproblematisch.

We all enjoyed our stay at Villa Hibiscus so much that we have booked again for next year. The spacious villa is in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the beach. We have visited Pissouri for about 20 years but always on the hillside, so a flat walk to the beach from the villa was great. The villa has all you need for a great holiday. Colin was very helpful and easy to contact if necessary.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this villa, fabulous lication, away from all the noise but only 5 min walk (if that) to beach, bars etc... Short drive to Melander beach, we like it there, also costa in Aphrodite Hills. Villa hS everything you need & pool was very much welcomed and refreshing with the heat of the day. Colin was very helpful throughout the stay...thank you& hope to return soon..

Villa Hibiscus was ideally situated, only a short walk to local amenities and beach and only a short taxi ride to the village with more bars and restaurants. Everything you needed within the kitchen. The only criticism would be the air con as it was so hot and you could only have it on for an hour rather than constant but not a massive issue. The owners were extremely helpful via email if we needed anything. Perfect week away

Very quiet and plenty of space

This was the first time that we had stayed in Pissouri Bay, having stayed in the village many times previously. The villa is a short stroll to the beach and restaurants which is ideal if you have young children with you. The BBQ area, pool and gardens were great and well used. The various TV channels and wifi were excellent. Overall, the villa represented decent value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A comfortable property with a short, level walk to the amenities and the beautiful bay. Although a chilly wind at the end of April this soon became a warm breeze with the rise in temperature and hot sunny days in May! We enjoyed our 12th relaxing holiday on our favourite coast on the wonderful island of Cyprus!

We enjoyed our holiday in your beautiful home very much - sun shining brightly all days, beach so closely nearby, various restaurants serving delicious food and so many places to visit (too many for just one week!) The sun was on the patio all day long for which we were grateful as the clocks went back and the days were then shorter. We couldn't get over the peacefulness. We loved the fact we were just two minutes walk from the beautiful beach and in the evening could stroll to the restaurants and bars, all of which offered very good food at reasonable prices. My husband learned to scuba dive with Pissouri Bay Divers on the main road in the bay - we recommend the excellent and safe tuition. We hope one day to return to Cyprus (Pissouri is well located for seeing the island) and we would not hesitate to stay in Villa Hibiscus. Thank you to Colin and Margaret.

I wouldn't go as far as to say "luxury villa" but it is very pleasant indeed. The bedrooms are a bit cramped but you don't spend much time there anyway. Living area is good, equipment is adequate. Lots of stuff in the villa, including DVDs, toys and books. TV channel selection is very poor, good thing that we were too busy by the pool and on the beach. Wi-fi is OK, but thne signal doesn't reach the bedrooms. Pool is fine for splashing around. Aircon is on a stingy timer, so you can't have it working through the night - a bit of a problem this summer with 35+ temperatures all the time.The village itself is small and lovely; no crowds, clean beach, watersports are good. Walking distance to anything (beach, shops, restaurants) is 2-3 minutes.The owner is very friendly and responsive, no problems there.Overall highly recommended!

This villa exceeded our expectations- the villa was presented beautifully with a very homely feel and the garden and pool were fabulous. We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious garden and well maintained pool. We would definitely recommend this villa to families who want to holiday in Pissouri Bay and would definitely return to this villa when we holiday in Cyprus in the future.

Beautiful villa in the heart of Pissouri. Just a few mins walk to beach and restaurants but in a peaceful location. Grape & Grain do a nice cocktail & costa in Aphrodite Hills is worth a visit as is Melander Beach. Pool was really nice and clean and the gardens are beautiful. Villa itself is first class and very well maintained to a high standard. Wifi was an added bonus. We will definitely use again as had a very chilled relaxing break.

An outstanding villa in every way. Clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. We were a mix of ages; parents, teenagers and young children and it suited us all brilliantly. We will certainly be coming back. Thanks very much.

I guess saying that this was our 4th visit to this charming villa says it all! It has all the facilities you need, is immaculately clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The villa is situated under 5 mins from the beach, shops and restraunts. Colin replies to emails within 24 hours and is most helpful with any enquirys, he then sends detailed information sheets prior to your visit. We are now firm friends with the couple who look after the villa and with the staff in the Captains Bay (a lovely restraunt on the edge of the beach) Through no fault of anyone we had two tiny hiccups this year but these were put right immediately, without any fuss. We love the peace and tranquility of Pissouri and the location of the villa, where we spend most of our time chilling out poolside! I recommend to a friend. We are returning in October this year, just can't keep away!!

We have just had a fantastic holiday at Villa Hibiscus. The owners were friendly and accessible by email beforehand and whilst there for any queries and the villa was exactly as described. Great for our family, with two young children as it was a few minutes stroll to the beach and also to various restaurants and small shops. We tried most of the restaurants, all very good and child friendly. It is also just five minutes by car to Pissouri Village with more great restaurants and a highly recommended Greek Night on the Friday night. The villa itself had everything you could need, although the weather was so lovely we spent a lot of time outside in the pool and on the sun loungers rather than indoors watching TV. The kids also made full use of the outdoor toys provided for the pool and footballs etc. The garden looked beautiful with lots of lovely flowers and a lemon tree. We flew into Larnaca airport which was about an hour away, Pafos is even closer. Various water sports available on the beach near the villa and a lovely water park in Pafos - Aphrodite Water Park. All in all a wonderfully relaxing family holiday, we would all highly recommend the villa and would love to come back some day.
